TBLI.SI
Manifesto — Ten principles

Beyondartificialintelligence.

The principles TBLI.SI is built on. They are short on purpose.
  1. 01

    Intelligence is becoming infrastructure.

Like electricity and the internet before it, intelligence is moving from product to foundation. Economies will be rebuilt on top of it.

  2. 02

Superintelligence is a convergence, not a model.

It is what happens when artificial intelligence, human talent, computation, data, energy and advanced systems compound together. No single company owns it.

  3. 03

It does not exist yet. The transition does.

We make no claims about arrival dates. We take seriously that the direction is clear and the pace is fast — and that preparation cannot wait for certainty.

  4. 04

    Small countries can move first.

Scale is not the only advantage. Coordination, speed and clarity of intent matter more in a transition than in a steady state.

  5. 05

Georgia should be a participant, not an observer.

The countries that build capability, attract talent and form relationships early will hold positions that are hard to take later.

  6. 06

    Networks come before institutions.

Every serious institution begins as a small group of people who trust each other. We are starting there, deliberately.

  7. 07

    Seriousness is a filter.

Membership is curated. We would rather be small and substantive than large and decorative.

  8. 08

Builders and institutions belong in the same room.

Founders, engineers, researchers, capital, companies, universities and the public sector rarely meet as equals. They should.

  9. 09

Independence is a condition of trust.

TBLI.SI is independent. It will work with every institution that shares its purpose and belong to none of them.

  10. 10

    The work is long-term.

We are building for decades, not for a cycle. We will publish what we intend, and say plainly what is not yet done.
